Responsibilities: - Responsible for two legal entities (OOO Sulzer Pumps Rus Moscow and ZAO Sulzer Nasosy Rus Sankt-Petersburg) - Ensuring timely and accurate year-end reporting under IFRS. - Ensuring an adequate financial set up of the company’s ERP system and supports the developments/ improvements. - Responsible as key liaison for internal and external audits. - Support the organization in financial related subjects. - Implementing improvement measures of NWC management with appropriate stakeholders through target setting for AR, WIP, Inventory and AP. - Ensuring effective credit management procedures and policies are in place and maintained. - Ensuring an appropriate financing of the company and an accurate cash planning and reporting. - Ensuring capital expenditure plans are timely prepared, reviewed and approved in line with company policy. • Prepare the monthly management accounts (incl. rolling forecast) and financial reporting pack (incl. full P&L and BS). • Maintain appropriate internal control standards in accordance with company Accounting Manual and Internal Controls. • Ensure capital expenditure plans are timely prepared, reviewed and approved in line with company policy. • Implementation of the financial ERP system (combining Russian and international accounting on the 1C basis) and support the developments/ improvements. • Analysis of deviations on key metrics/ key projects between actual, budget and rolling forecast.
