• Assist with the day-to-day management of EHCMS (Electronic HIV Case Management System) (including administration, installation, data analyzing) housed in Republican AIDS Center • Training and consulting specialists on usage of EHCMS in AIDS Centers • Writing reports and manuals for users and counterparts • Assisting the team in developing and conducting standardized methodologies to manage, collect, process, and ensure a high quality of data for EHCMS • Provide technical inputs and respond to ad hoc requests for data, analysis, presentations and information from AIDS Centers and partners • Administrating SQL Server 2008R2 and Microsoft Windows Server 2008R2 • Writing SQL queries, functions and stored procedures to retrieve data for analyzing • Developing database structures, principles and practices • Database analysis and design techniques, testing, debugging and documentation standards, storage and internal systems • Communicate with EHCMS developers, writing technical requirements and manage timeframe of development team • Participation in the organization and delivery of ICT training courses within governmental agencies
