Integration and implementation of SAP-based solutions in the legacy production environment of the Europe's biggest glassmaking company. 5 projects completed ("gone live") to date: Czech Republic - 7 production lines Italy - 6 production lines Belgium – 6 sites, 30+ production lines France – 2 production lines. Russia (2 manufacturing sites and a number of warehouses). Fit-gap analysis of business process prior to SAP implementation Design and specifications for enhancements development in view of regional specifics and production line configuration Functional analysis and requirements specifications for customized transactions (complex solution for the quality management part using an unorthodox solution without the standard QM package, additional enhancement of RF transactions (manufacturing operations without direct communication with legacy infrastructure, warehouse module – on site logistics and shipment), optimization of legacy system interfaces: - Writing development-friendly requirements specifications that are easily converted into user-friendly UAT procedures - ABAP proficiency – sufficient to understand the logic behind transaction modules and analyze eventual mistakes - Design of training documents - Drafting and testing business scenarios for the UATs - Testing and maintenance of customers’ interfaces to legacy production systems System deployment (Go Live) - Master Data consistency checks, PV automation tests, stock upload dry runs - Initial stock upload (BOM, routing, PV setup, article master data loading, stock upload). - End-user support and problem solving (Hypercare + Stabilization) Daily back office support.

Construction, start up and commissioning of the world's biggest float glass production line (1000 tons of glass daily) Management of the line with 48 immediate subordinates. Production coordination, job change planning, occupational health and safety organization, maintenance planning and supervision

Assistance in coordination of a 150M EUR construction project. Facilitation of cooperation with expatriate engineers and foreign contractors.
