Involving all staff in HSE related to rigging ( providing lifting operation briefing) Organizing the required trainings both for office and project staff. Educational lifting operation presentations. Preparing the regular reports to management. Reviewing and signing the work permits and lift plans. Liaising with Subcontractors about HSE. Assisting and coordination of Mammoet company work. Preparation activities for heavy lifts. Supervision of safe work with lifting equipment, supervision of updated documentation availability in compliance with RF legislation.
