PROJECT: YUM (holds KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell franchises), Sydney, Australia Worked as a lead consultant on multiple projects, including support for the ‘One More Visit’ campaign to encourage repeat visits to the YUM restaurant franchise. Using a customer’s mobile phone as the primary marketing platform, Atanas has built ETL packages that extracts usage data from Yum-built mobile apps and loads customer buying selection, frequency and payment behaviour into the enterprise data warehouse. De-duping logic, customer categorisation, additional marketing-focused metrics and data enrichment are processed in the warehouse and fed back into the mobile app to provide a more focused marketing campaign to encourage repeat visits from target customers.
