 Administering supplies and shipments of heavy equipment and parts to Sakhalin and the Kurils (international ocean freight, domestic transportation): work with transportation companies, ordering trucks, low loaders and cranes for transportation of heavy equipment, work with agents at ports;  Work with customs specialists: preparing documents for customs clearance, providing necessary technical and commercial information;  Interaction with customs authorities: providing information at customs requests, justifications of customs values in case of adjustments, making requests to customs;  Applying and preparing documents for licensing and certificates of conformity for heavy equipment and parts;  Monitoring Caterpillar marketing programs to increase competitiveness of the products;  Accounting of department’s expenses (arrivals of goods and services, freight expenses, added costs, Cargo Customs Declarations/Excise Duties, expense reports, transfer/writing-off materials, sales of goods and services, issuing internal invoices, making sales reports and fixed assets reports).

 Work in SAP: sales of goods and services, accounts receivables control, entering service entries in customer’s SAP, help with quotations and making sure that purchase orders are issued by customers in time. Responsible for two branches: Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk and Irkutsk

As Parts Logistics Specialist:  Ordering spare parts from Russian and international Parts distribution Centers and administering parts delivery within shortest time frames and to the most economical ways for the company; co-operation with suppliers, freight forwarders and customs specialists;  Administering parts’ consolidation at supplier’s stock, providing containers for railway transportation of parts;  Issuing claims to suppliers and forwarders for damaged spare parts or parts’ shortages;  Making parts quotations, advising parts’ delivery terms;  Primary accounting of department’s expenses (arrivals of goods and services, freight expenses, added costs, Cargo Customs Declarations/Excise Duties, expense reports, transfer/writing-off materials, sales of goods and services, issuing internal invoices);  Inventory checks at parts warehouse. As Warranty Administrator:  Delivery of CAT machines/engines/generator sets in the system, considering warranty cases, reclamations, estimating the amounts of warranty repairs (agreeing these expenses with CAT), submitting failure reports and warranty claims;  Invoicing warranty bills, warranty rates of return;  Monthly reporting on the status and payment of the warranty claims;  Work in SAPs: 1С 8.1, Access databases, Caterpillar internal SAP dealer network (Warranty, Services Information, Training Management System, Customers Satisfaction Monitoring), ANTARES, FGWilson products ordering system. Extra Responsibilities: 1. Arranging qualification courses for company representatives, reporting on the training status; 2. Internal auditor of the company Quality Management System and Environmental Management (ISO 9001:2008. ISO 14001:2004).
