I'm a rock solid QA Team Lead, Senior Test Automation Architect from Finland. I used to work and live in Russia for 1.5 years and I fell in love with the country and the people. Dispite of huge knownledge of technologies, I have a skill to explain solutions and decisions based on the audience level. As a person, I'm very easygoing, good sense of humor but when needed or we need to achieve a goal, strict and goal driven. Listening and open mind is a quality, I appreciate in people and in my team. Admitting that your way may not be the best way. One person can not see all the angles for best solution, but as a team, we can make the best decisions.
