Обязанности: 1. анализ исходных требований Заказчика, уточнение исходных данных и структурирование проекта. 2. Формирование и координация взаимодействие рабочей группы проекта, включая представителей Заказчика, генподрядчика и внешних подрядных организаций. 3. Организационное руководство выполнением работ на всех стадиях проекта. 4. Непосредственное участие в переговорах с Заказчиком, ген.подрядчиком и внешними субподрядными организациями, включая выездные совещания, в том числе на Объекте. 5. Планирование и организация проведения рабочих совещаний по ходу выполнения проекта. 6. Разработка и согласование с ГИП (в случае небольшого проекта – с инженерами и другими техническими специалистами) концепции и архитектуры проектного решения. 7. Определение целей проекта и основных этапов реализации проекта. 8. Определение состава работ, необходимых для успешного выполнения проекта, зависимостей между ними. Оценка продолжительности проекта. 9. Непосредственное участие в подготовке технико-коммерческих предложений, расчёта общего бюджета проекта и расчёте финансовых показателей проекта. 10. Ведение полного документооборота по проекту (ТКП, входящие/исходящие письма, протоколы совещаний, договора с подрядными организациями, накладные, акты выполненных работ КС2, КС3, акты закрытия этапов работ и т.д.). 11. Определение комплектности и сроков поставки оборудования и материалов на Объект. 12. Формирование и контроль исполнения укрупнённого и детализированного план-графика производства работ, графика расчётов с внешними подрядными организациями, бюджета проекта (БДР, БДДС) в части расходных статей по СМР и ПНР и расходов на внешние подрядные организации. 13. Организация комплексной реализации проекта с требуемым уровнем качества в соответствии с утверждённым план-графиком в рамках выделенного бюджета. 14. Непосредственное участие в комплексных приёмо-сдаточных испытаниях проекта на Объекте Заказчика. 15. Формирование и передача Заказчику на подписание приёмосдаточные документы закрытия этапов работ, поставки оборудования и материалов и иных документов. 16. Подготовка промежуточных, поэтапных и итоговых отчётов по статусу исполнения проекта. 17. Непосредственное участие в разработке и актуализации регламентов и бизнес-процессов.

RDM's Job Responsibilities: 1. Resource strategy: responsible for general planning of delivery resources (including pre-sale support) at regional/rep office level, and develop management strategies for regional/rep office delivery resources, including In-house resources, leased resources, and subcontracted resources. 2. Resource planning: Organize the development, review, and issuance of requirement plans for regional/rep office delivery resources (including in-house, leased, and subcontracted resources), develop the rolling requirement plans and gap solutions of regional/rep office resources for the future 12 months, and facilitate the employee replenishment, leasing, and subcontracting at the back end. 3. Resource preparation: Schedule resource acquisition according to the issued gap solutions, the required resource arrival time, and the lead time of each resource obtaining path, develop the resource preparation plan at the current level and monitor the implementation of the plan, and issue warning on resource risks in a timely manner. 4. Resource allocation: Respond to the resource requirements of all regional/rep office projects, seek and allocate proper resources to proper projects at proper time, and take charge of the requirement fulfillment and utilization for regional/rep office resources. 5. Platforms and tools: Establish, optimize and implement organizations, processes, regulations, methodologies, and IT for delivery resource planning at regional/rep office level, and take charge of the capability development for regional/rep office delivery resource planning.
