Project’s Client: EMAAR Led Consultant: WSP The Il Primo is a 77-storey tower with the top level serving as a steel structure crown. It includes 3 podium levels and 6 levels of basement and parking. It is located on the north side of the Dubai Opera House between Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. The project features super-prime luxury residential apartments, associated amenities, retail and cultural elements. These apartments are set to be one of the most desirable addresses in the world, with panoramic views of the Dubai Fountains and Arabian Gulf. The work within the building area will include both hard and soft landscaping to the areas outside the demise of the Podium. Our role involves design and supervision consultancy services. The enabling works commenced on site last December 2016, involving diaphragm walls and 325 piles. The main contract works commenced on site last November 2017.

Responsibilities Duties Working as a senior engineer in several magnificent projects across Dubai • Responsible for investigation and checking of the sites for the project. • Preparing and maintaining the site progress report (Daily, weekly, monthly). • Follow and coordinate the sub-contractors schedule and reports submittals. • Materials & Shop Drawings Submittal. • Checking of the safety of workers and others at the site. • To ensure the quality of the product used in the construction. • Maintain all the records of the projects.

Detailed Responsibilities • Working as a project engineer in AL Forsan Hotel in Abu Dhabi as a sub-contractor for finishing works (Pertinent to this I was responsible for increasing the productivity for my stuff in the blockwork and the tiling activities taking in consideration the quality required and subsequently preparing the bill for the completed works in this site) • Working in Deerfield’s Town Square in Abu Dhabi as a sub-contractor for finishing works (Pertinent to this I was responsible for increasing the productivity for my stuff in the blockwork and the tiling activities taking in consideration the quality required and subsequently preparing the bill for the completed works in this site) • Working in Le Reve tower as a project engineer for the fall ceiling works. • Working as a designer engineer in aluminum division for the company projects in Somali land (After the company finished its civil works in UAE, then it focused on the aluminum field (cladding and curtain walls) which is the main division on the company, and I participate with the design aluminum team which was a new challenge for me)

Job Duties • Prepare information regarding structure specifications, materials, equipment, and construction time. • Direct activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents. • Conduct periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans. • Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards. • Monitoring materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction Detailed Responsibilities • Working as a site engineer in prince Noura university project (Regarding to this I was responsible about the concrete works for 3 buildings with stuff of 70 carpenters and 35 steel fixer. And this required me to put schedule for the work progress and to know how distribute the carpenters and the steel fixers to their suitable locations and check out the materials in the store to keep the work running without stopping so we can finish the work progress as its scheduled in time without late take in consideration the required quality working in Le Reve tower as a project engineer for the fall ceiling works)
