International project. - Management of proper fulfillment of obligations under the concluded subcontracts, business correspondence, development and coordination of technical tasks for concluding contracts with subcontracting companies and equipment supplier’s equipment suppliers; - Participation in the development of the Company's production program and construction schedules, their adjustment during the planned period; - Preparation of the documentation package for acceptance-handover of the completed construction facility; participation in the commissioning of facilities; - Identification and management of project discrepancies and project risks; - Interaction with the Client on project implementation; preparation and approval of the as-built documentation with the Client; maintaining business correspondence, participation in on-site meetings on the construction site; - Preparation of reporting documents on the project, official letters and responses to inquiries; - Development and approval of project procedures for the management of acceptance documentation. Construction of the Nuclear Research and Technology Center. ЕРС-Contract. General Contractor. International project. - Organization of construction process, superintend subcontractors’ compliance with construction technologies, acceptance of completed construction work at the construction site; - Deadline management, organizing claim work; - Participation in the formation of the project budget in accordance with the construction schedule; - Development and implementation of the regulation of business processes; - Market research in Latin America and Europe, negotiating with foreign companies for the supply of construction materials to the construction site; - Management of changes in detail design documentation (replacement of materials, products) caused by the need to change the technical solutions in order to adapt the project to the local market. Coordination of changes with the Client; - Participation in the work commissions for the acceptance of facilities with subsequent commissioning; - Negotiation and business correspondence with the Client on the issues of construction production; - Management of internal and external resources, including team building. Advances: - Organization of the construction process from scratch (construction camp, temporary communications, material storage areas); - Interaction with the local state building control authorities and Ministry of Energy of Bolivia regarding obtaining special permits and licenses for the facility; - Monthly technical meetings and participation in on-site inspections with representatives of the Client and the Ministry of Energy on project implementation, as well as consultations on technical, technological and organizational issues related to the facility construction; - Risk assessment at all stages of the project and implementation of measures to eliminate them.

International project. - Organization, management and technical supervision of construction work on site from scratch; - Monitoring the fulfillment of obligations stated in the contract of the General Contractor regarding the requirements for the milestones of the company's obligations, deadline management and facility budget management; - Analysis of the developed detail design documentation by the General Contractor for compliance with the contract. Taking steps to make the changes to the detail design documentation; -Preparation of work schedules, volume and quality control management of work performed, cost accounting, optimization of the construction budget, justification and confirmation of additional work volumes; - Acceptance and quality control of the work results for compliance with the detail design documentation, participation in the commissioning process for the acceptance of construction facility, preparation of reports; - Employees management on the construction site, task allocation and execution control. Solving management tasks and organizational issues with representatives of the General Contractor; - Preparation of new facilities for the works commencement. Mobilization of construction mechanisms, machines, and manpower to the construction site.
