Liaising with the Head Office support and design team, including specialist sub-consultants as required in relation to Contractor’s RFI’s, proposals for design developing and modifications. Ensuring conformance with established procedures and processes for construction contract administration and site supervision. Ensuring Contractor’s compliance with all technical, programme, financial and administrative requirements of the construction contract through the activities of the team. Chairing of regular progress meetings and other meetings between appropriate parties as required during the course of the construction period Issuing of reports for Client information and action as required during the course of the construction period. Developing the Project method statement, detailing the technological process according to methods and technics anticipated. Controlling development of Project Master Schedule & Detailed Construction Programme applying packages approach as per Trade disciplines. Supervising of Cost Plan development in order to comply with Master Programme assumptions and logistics solutions.

Delivery of the projects outcomes in accordance with project scopes and objectives. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of the project. Ensure that the project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Within PMO responsible for developing organization-wide or department-wide goals, objectives, policies and procedures. Preparing reports on operations and activities, recommending improvements and modifications. Assigning work to professional staff and ensures appropriate training is provided. Managing the assignment of manpower, materials, and equipment to maximize efficiency, maintain schedules, and to meet budget goals. Keeping alert to possible problem areas and takes preventative action to ensure that critical milestones are met for each phase of the project. Preparing periodic reports summarizing progress of construction activities for higher-level management and clients. Engagement on several large scale construction projects including mixed developments (offices/hotel/residential), airport terminals & industrial facilities. Build up of the project master and detailed construction programme with integrated procurement and design schedule. Establish Enterprise project structure (EPS), Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS) and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) using p6 server version. Prepare and process of a Project Risk analysis and adjustment of Project duration based on analysis results. Giving support to Commercial department during Tendering process by issuing Packages programme. Construction Phase (Tower Enabling Works): Preparation of the Project Working programme with a workforce, material and plant projection with corresponding cash-flow. Issuing programme updates and reporting by comparing baseline vs. current programme. Monitoring of Subcontractors programme against actual performance and reporting to PM. Preparation of monthly and weekly progress reports using EVPM technique.

As a Package Manager I was responsible for two Packages; External Envelope and Roofing. Based on specifications and drawings produced by the design team I was preparing the scope of works and other out to tender deliverables in conjunction with the commercial team. Organizing of bidding process, communication with bidders getting them acquainted with site conditions and logistics issues. Taking part in tender evaluation and drafting of recommendation report to PM. Introduction of selected Trade Contractor into work, managing and monitoring off site manufacture for successful and timely delivery. As a Project Planner I was in charge for development and maintenance of the master and detail Design/Procurement /Construction programme. Preparation of Trade Contracts programme for all of Packages, analyzing, controlling and harmonizing Trade disciplines with master programme. Programme managing, rescheduling and preparation of weekly and monthly as built updates. Time impact analysis and progress reporting actual versus planned. Preparation of look ahead and spreadsheet reports based on programme updates.
