Selection and signing contracts with suppliers of electronic elements to automation systems, control over contractors’ activities; 3)Optimization, improvement of automatics systems functioning, working out of projects of implementation new automation systems: there have been implemented and used own innovations in the area of “Improvements of productivity of lines and technical equipment functioning of other production areas accounting to new logics of new controlling programmers functioning: SIEMENS (Step5, Step7, Protool), OMRON; SCADA-systems: WinCC, FIX Intelution, Sistar (Braumat), Botec PC, MS, VB”. Creation of inner corporate net of the holding via a separate channel among the branches (IP VPN) through arterial operator. 4)Organization of activities on starting–up and adjustment, and chief mounting of new branches: Krasnodar (RF) – brewing plant; village Vyshesteblyevskaya (Krasnodar reg., RF) – wine plant (completely own project – automation of wine brewing in tanks and pumping over to wine storage); Belgorod (RF) and village Terbuni (Lipetsk reg., RF) – malt houses; Penza (RF) – brewing plant; village Uvarovka (RF) – production of wort concentrate and rye malt; 5)Organization of activities and control over the activities of sub-divisions and branches of the Industrial Complex, using the means of connection (fixed line connection – telephone exchange, Phone Box Definity – AVAYA, corporate cell connection GSM-CDMA), also via radio (line, mobile connection – personal radio stations PRS), All kinds of activities on repair and adjusting of means of connection, PRS and channels registration with Federal Connection Agency. Creation of the system of outer and inner monitoring of the overall perimeter, production lines, warehouses, offices for control and security services. Implementation of the Access Management System (checkpoints, doors, proxy cards), Fire Control Signaling and Water Firefighting, coordination on projects and activities with State Department of Fire Inspection; 6)Organization of activities of testing gauging means, repair, calibration, check, maintenance of integrity and correctness of gauging at all points of gauging, incl. analytical laboratory equipment, accounting of water and steam consumption, weight resource accounting (rail, automobile, assembly-line, lab.). Implementation of contemporary methods and gauging means, formation of technological and exploiting documentation as per GOSTs, OSTs, regulations, normative-technical documentation, and quality and certification management in accordance with GOST R ISO 9001-2001 in the area of metrology;

Now, the position Deputy Chief Metrologist and Superintendent of Checking and Measuring Apparatus, Automation and Connection Workshop is eliminated.

Organization of activities on maintenance, starting-up and adjustment, trouble-free operation of automatic production lines of beverage, testing gauging means, calibration, check, maintenance of integrity and correctness of gauging of 15-th automatic production lines of beverage: PET, can, glass, Polymer Workshop, boiler house.
