• Formed Bank’s portfolio of syndicated loans in the amount of 100 million USD • Issued bonds for the Bank and its clients in excess of 30 billion RUB • Securitized mortgage loans to the amount of 28,5 billion RUB • Attracted funding from the Central Bank (Repo, Lombard list etc.) • All of these activities re-established Absolut Bank in the capital market scene after few years of absence due to the fact that all funding was provided by the parent.

• Developed an investment program in Indonesia for a particular BC member • a number of banking, IT, banking & IT security and hi-tech machinery projects were successfully launched in Indonesia • took charge of the Council’s activities in the Russian regions • contributed to the publications of the Council on aspects of doing business in Russia

• Managed financial division of the group comprised of 25 professionals • Originated and concluded a number of aircraft leasing agreements, domestic (Ilyushin Finance Co.) and overseas (EBRD, SudLeasing) increasing the fleet by 20% • Negotiated divestment of airport of Voronezh • Developed and implemented new corporate structure for overseas subsidiaries leading to more coordination and more robust reporting to the headquarters on ongoing basis • Company turnover reached 300 million USD (increase of 15% year to year)
