• Participate in HAZOP / LOPA studies. Design support for PHA / LOPA recommendations. • SIL verification of existing SIFs. • Raise Engineering Work Request (EWRs). • Design new SIFs. • Maintain relationship and interfaces with Engineering, Fabrication, Construction, and Operations. • Manage interfaces with System owners for transition to pre-commissioning to commissioning. • Spend significant time on site working with the commissioning teams. • Coordinating correct communications between Business Partners, Vendors, MAC, Control & Power, Base Business: CMS, Phase 5 Operation • Timely reporting to immediate superior on any potential or identified risks for Company/organization unit. Material loss (damage) caused to Company through own actions (omission) and related to performance of own job duties. • Assists with development of overall Systems Completion Execution Plans • Ensure compliance with Certification Process and adherence to the Systems Execution Plans. • Monitoring of Executing the schedule of Mechanical Completions (MCs), Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Handover to Operations and Pre-Start-up Safety Reviews (PSSRs); • Accountable for delivering schedule, completion of the check sheets, and closure of the punch list items to meet the RA and RFSU deadline, provide verification data and priorities and delivery of the subsystems. • Identifies project issues / risks related to Systems Completions and drive resolution. • Assist team with validation efforts for all areas. • Responsible for review and categorization of punch list items, completion of B-QVDs and C-QVDs.

 Review and approval E&I QVD dossiers;  Supervision on correct laying and connection of FO cable in accordance with project papers and ITP.  Conducting of electrical equipment installation and cable installation inspection per the ITPs;  Inspection of cable installation including trenching, duct bank installation, cable trays, earthing, lighting installation, terminations, continuity testing and Hi-pot testing etc.;  Inspection of installation and commission of instrument and Fire& Gas equipment.  Review and approval of equipment Acts and test Protocols for compliance with Project Norms, TCO standards and specifications, PUE, IEC, GOST, SNIP and Test Requirements;  Conducting of instrument installation inspection per the ITPs;  Participating in technical audits conducted by site QA;

 Preparation of protocols and checklists for loop check tests;  Check of loop diagrams;  Loop check Inspections together with TCO reps;  Work with Engineering group and vendor representatives.  Preparation of QVD/ Acts and test Protocols and handover documentation in compliance with Project Norms, TCO standards and specifications, PUE, SNiP;  Conducting of instrument and F&G installation inspection per the ITPs;  Conducting of electrical HV/MV/LV equipment (such as transformers, switchgear, cathodic protection, heat tracing, cable, generator) installation inspection and testing per the ITPs;  Conducting of reinstatement walkdown and log outstanding items on the punch list;  Coordinating with construction group to complete the punch list items;  Coordinating with commission group.
