Constraction work at offshore oil and gas fields

 responsible for expertise of situation in the region and established client relationships to sell Company services and achieve maximum profitability and market penetration;  responsible for list of customers;  an active role in the business planning process;  construction management, from gathering of the allowing documentation to object delivery in operation;  quality control, monitor and make independent recommendations;  liaison with clients and engineering to ensure that actual or potential quality related deficiencies are resolved;  implementation of policies and procedures for Quality assurance and project management;  interact with client and suppliers to ensure correct information is made available on time throughout the project execution;  maintain cost control systems and procedures;  register and update commitment records for all contracts, purchase orders and request for services to Shareholders for his cost activity;  facilitate budget process input and prepare budgets in accordance with the work program (including revisions);  update incurred expenditures and disclose, analyse and explain variances versus budget and forecast. Inform management of all abnormal discrepancies and any non conformances;  secure proper system for invoice control and commercial follow-up of contracts in compliance with Company policy and procedures, Russian and international requirements;  cash forecast in liaison with the Finance department;  implementation and optimization of standards and procedures in drilling;  optimization and management of prospecting and exploration drilling works;  management over creating and optimization of drilling plans and drilling operations, monitor drilling program costs;  participation in creating of design and estimate documentations, budgeting;  supervision of contractors;  coordinating of logistics procedures;  ensure health, safety and environmental standards are ordered.

 Management of the created design and construction department;  Management of the project through all its stages (Identify & Assess, Select, Pre-FEED, FEED, Detail Design) in line with Management of Change procedure and other relevant RF standards;  agree with all project stakeholders the project deliverables, including functional specification and applicable technical standards  Develop and agree the Project Implementation Plan, contracting strategy, etc.  Establish (upon agreement with high level Management) and manage through the whole project stages a project team appropriate for the Project manager  Set up a strong communication / interface with other departments and services to get technical, commercial, legal and other required support to the project  Develop the Design in full compliance with approved specifications and RF legislation and to have the Design approved internally by RF Authorities  Manage contractors performance and ensure company standards are maintained in all aspects of the project design, construction and commissioning  Initiate contracting strategies, cost estimations, design assignment and construction contracts for Tender Board approval and execution  Review, verify and endorse progress payment claims, regular and occasional invoices and contractual acts of work completion.  Resolve all project disputes.  Review contractors correspondence and draft responses and other project correspondence.  Provide technical advice on construction and maintenance as required  Provide reports in accordance with company management system, including schedule updates, accruals and budget control estimations  Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained for the project execution and the works are carried out in accordance with the requirements of RF legislation  Close out the contracts and the project as per company procedures.  Support practice development activity  Contribute to junior staff development

 Project works on the stages of Identify & Assess, Pre-FEED, FEED, Detail Design • Provide analysis in support of exploration and production activities from early life cycle to mature fields. • Quality control, monitor and make independent recommendations. • Inspection and expediting of equipment for projects • Development of specifications for purchased items • Preparation of purchase orders • Preparation and dissemination of project work schedules • Give decision support to management and company representatives on cost issues • analyse and explain variances versus budget and forecast. • To control that Project HSE design specifications are correctly and fully implemented in design documentation (Pre-FEED, FEED, Detail Design). • Ensure that the design of installations and equipment meets the requirements of the HSE Design and Safety Concept and participate to the update of those documents at the end of project. • Participate in Technical Safety Design Reviews for the Project and provide safety-related input to the project documentation, such as: Hazards Identification (HAZID), Hazards Analysis (HAZAN), Hazards and Operability Studies (HAZOP), Safety Integrity Level (SIL) Determination, Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) etc. • Carry out related work and participate in F&G detection and fire protection philosophies, ensure it is complied with: ESD logic diagram or Cause & Effects (C&E) Charts, hazardous areas, fire zones, evacuation and escape routes, layout drawings, venting and draining, HAZID, HAZAN, HAZOP, QRA, ALARP reports and the P&IDs. • Participate in definition of and Follow up of the safety distances calculations, gas leak dispersion studies, flare and vents radiation and dispersion studies, fire safety risk assessment, explosion and blast modeling. • control that all typical design requirements are fulfilled. • control that all H&S related matters are compliant with Russian and international laws/regulations/standards. • Review and comment on H&S related aspects of engineering documentation. • Participate and assist to ensure that all H&S related matters are included and addressed within the EPC tendering documents for the next phase after the FEED Update. • Conducts quality, occupational health, safety and environmental audits and works for ensure a safe working environment and compliance with regulatory laws. • Analyze and interpret scientific and technical informations, financial reports and regulatory documents. • Develops procedures based on regulatory and client requirements. • Presents information and responds to questions or concerns from employees and clients. • Responds to inquiries or complaints from clients and regulatory agencies
