Tatyana was working for South Stream Transport BV (offshore gas pipeline project via the Black Sea) in position of EIA Advisor Russia. Her main responsibility was supervision of preparation of environmental component in Proekt documentation and timely submission of documentation to Russian authorities and getting approval. She was in charge of implementation of Environmental Monitoring program in Russia during construction phase and works on conservation of rare fauna and flora species in compliance with IFS Performance Standards (6. Biodiversity). She participated in public consultations on scoping report prepared to international standards and EIA prepared to national standards; in several workshops: ENVIID, Risk assessment, Environmental Management system, Commitments Register. She actively participates in additional activities such as preparation of PR materials, a company dictionary, company standards, HSE legal register, in media meetings in Moscow and Krasnodar. EXPERIENCE: * Supervision of preparation of Russian EIA and Environmental sections for Proekt documentation; * Conducting workshops to align the national and international environmental standards (World Bank EHS Guidelines) used by national and international contractors while preparing EIA documentation; * Technical lead of environmental monitoring program during Project construction phase; * Responsible for preparation of applications for relocation of Red Book fauna and flora species from the construction site based on recommendations of IFC PS 6 "Biodiversity", communication with RF Ministry of Natural Resources and getting the permits for relocation of species.
