Tatyana was working for South Stream Transport BV (offshore gas pipeline project via the Black Sea) in position of EIA Advisor Russia. Her main responsibility was supervision of preparation of environmental component in Proekt documentation and timely submission of documentation to Russian authorities and getting approval. She was in charge of implementation of Environmental Monitoring program in Russia during construction phase and works on conservation of rare fauna and flora species in compliance with IFS Performance Standards (6. Biodiversity). She participated in public consultations on scoping report prepared to international standards and EIA prepared to national standards; in several workshops: ENVIID, Risk assessment, Environmental Management system, Commitments Register. She actively participates in additional activities such as preparation of PR materials, a company dictionary, company standards, HSE legal register, in media meetings in Moscow and Krasnodar. EXPERIENCE: * Supervision of preparation of Russian EIA and Environmental sections for Proekt documentation; * Conducting workshops to align the national and international environmental standards (World Bank EHS Guidelines) used by national and international contractors while preparing EIA documentation; * Technical lead of environmental monitoring program during Project construction phase; * Responsible for preparation of applications for relocation of Red Book fauna and flora species from the construction site based on recommendations of IFC PS 6 "Biodiversity", communication with RF Ministry of Natural Resources and getting the permits for relocation of species. Supervision of field works on relocation of plants and animals. * Interaction with the Associated Facility Project for construction of compressor station Russkaya and coordination of activities on relocation of animals and implementation of mitigation measures in view of IFC Performance Standards; * Leader of the Project site' visits by environmental consultants of credit agencies. * Participation in preparation of Scoping report and other environmental documents; * Participation in public consultations in Krasnodar region and Moscow; meetings with local administrations and other governmental officials; press-conferences in Moscow and Krasnodar; * Preparation of company standards, company dictionary, EMS documentation; * Preparation of communications materials on EIA/ESIA; ; * Field visits to potential marshalling yards, waste disposal facilities, access roads assessment. ;

* Participation in preparation of Biodiversity Action Plan; * Preparation of awareness presentations for celebration of the Caspian Day (August 12) for Agip KCO employees and all contractors. ;

Environmental Monitoring Coordinator, Kashagan Project, * responsible for implementation of compliance environmental monitoring program for onshore and offshore facilities in Atyrau and Mangistau regions of Kazakhstan; * quarterly reporting to State Environmental authorities on implementation of compliance monitoring; * supervision of monitoring of air, water, groundwater, soil, vegetation and physical factors conducted by monitoring contractors, improvement of quality of contractors' work; * quality control of performance of analytical laboratories and continuous improvement of their work; * arrangement of quality control training workshops for Agip KCO employees (with Chemex Co); * implementation of internal environmental audits of all Agip KCO contractors, improvement of their environmental performance and reporting, discussion of analytical performance reports; * supervision of analytical reports prepared by Monitoring group: Performance of waste water treatment facilities offshore, Performance of offshore incinerators, Ambient air quality in Atyrau region; * providing feedback to Agip KCO departments and contractors on monitoring results; * management of monitoring contracts; ; * participation in EMS implementation in the company's different units; ; * review of various EIAs. ;

Tatyana worked for Agip KCO, Kashagan Project in Kazakhstan as Environmental advisor, Monitoring Coordinator and Biodiversity Coordinator.

* supervision of development of environmental performance database together with Promasys Upbond International (reporting of air emission, water discharge, waste management); * preparation of Marine Scientific publication together with Terra Company (summary of baseline environmental monitoring program results which has been implemented by Agip KCO in 1994-2006); ; * participation in various waste management issues including internal Waste Management audit and Waste Management Steering Group meetings; * preparation of legislative review on ballast water management in relation to Agip KCO activities; * EIAs review. ;

* Supervision of subcontractors for preparation of EIA and EPS for TEO Construction for Sakhalin-1 project (sections on water biota, marine mammals, terrestrial wildlife; archaeology and protected areas, socio-economic assessment); * Management of Pre-feasibility study of Siberian Oil pipeline (environmental aspects and regulatory issues); (early stage of "Power of Siberia" pipeline project which is currently under implementation). * Consulting services to Parsons Company on Chemical weapon destruction, and others.
