I was invited to the agency to formulate strategies and commercial offers for customers, to control the implementation of SMM projects. The Agency works with the politicians, businessmen, and government structures.
As the customer flow was increasing, the agency was quickly growing. I took the position of the executive director and acting SMM product owner. I also formed the digital production departments (copyrighting, design, ORM, targeting teams).
I created and implemented a development strategy for the agency and structured the project management procedures. I assembled a team of specialists (over 20 employees) and formed production departments: SMM project managers, copywriting department, design department, ORM department for one-time and regular SMM campaigns. The corporate process system I developed became the operational structure for each agency department: SMM, SERM, special projects, etc.
