EPC Contracts: 2019-2020: Construction for a main conveyor overpass at the Verkhnekamskoye potassium-magnesium salt deposit. Ust-Yayvinsky mine, Berezniki, Perm region: - maintenance approx. 300 contracts of the General Contractor /Proprietor; -draft, development, matching, negotiation of contracts, agreements, covenants, append,  statements of disagreement on construction contracts, supply, provision of services, vehicle rental, etc. with a high level of legal technique ; - claims and litigation work in the direction; - participation in administrative commissions; - analysis and generalization of the organization's arbitration practice, practice in the field of contracting, supply, bringing to administrative responsibility through Rostekhnadzor and construction inspections and bodies;
