Sales area manager for Northern European countries and balkan areas. Resident manager for Russia and CIS countries
Responsible for expanding the Company’s international business in assigned territories through strategic alliances and local distribution agreements. Develop, maintain, and execute International Business Development Plans; including the strategic plan and end-user awareness marketing plan. Create and maintain long term strategic partnership agreements (identify, contact and negotiate long term business contracts with distributors). Maintain and maximize partnerships, through pro-active deployment, education of the international distributors and OEM partners sales forces and power plant specialists. Work with thought leaders, CEO and General management to gain product exposure endorsements, and valuable feedback for improving design of the sales line and for the products. Maximize penetration into each international markets and maximize the knowledge and know how of the international collaborators. Prepare and maintain budgets for all activities as travels, international meeting and marketing actions and coaching performances with final user Responsible for sales activity and Quota achievements in each region in Europe and Russian Federation. Other duties, responsibilities and qualifications may be required and / or assigned as necessary.
