Creating full scale wine chart following the special concept: There is a selection of wines predominantly from the Old World, which are produced mostly by organic and biodynamic means, which are natural and represent the idea of ​​conscious consumption. All wines fall within the so-called “smart buy” category - high-quality, ideological, terroir, but at the same time affordable wine from different regions, small family vineyards in Europe. These are winemakers who are not focused on mass production, but on quality, idea and an honest product. But nevertheless there are also famous vineyards with a long history represented in wine list, known as classic wine being a tribute to traditions.

I make the selection of wines on a weekly basis, due to the frequently changing assortment (wine ordering, communication with managers of wine trading companies, which priorities are organic, biodynamic and natural wines). I offer our wines to guests, sharing our philosophy and values ​​through communication. When needed, I provide full service at the table, helping the waiters. There wasn't any printed version of wine list at first, but later I formed it. I carry out wine tastings and trainings for employees on wine range , sales and the concept of the wine list. I also write texts about wines for smm. Monthly inventory and sales reports are also my responsibilities.

There is a community of bars, guided by famous restaurateur Dmitry Levitsky. All bars are joined together in one location in old non-restavrated building of former Molodaya Gvardiya (Russian: Молодая гвардия, lit. Young Guard) redaction, so called ruin-bars. Ampelmann bar is one of 22 bars located there. I officially hold the post of managing director, and I am also a co-founder of the company. The idea, concept, organization of the opening were mine responsibilities My responsibilities also include full administration: -purchases coordination, communication with suppliers, signing of contracts; - recruitment and staff tutoring; - account keeping (financial reporting); - communication with owners and landlords of the facility; - inventorying ; - event-management; - creating the marketing strategy, working with journalists and bloggers.

In a position of sommelier, I perform the following functions: -communication with representatives of wine-trading companies, signing the contracts, making orders for goods; -reception of documentation and certificates, displaying wine bottles in accordance with countries and regions categories, pricing; - forming the wine list of the restaurant; -performing trainings and tastings for employees, as well as for guests; -advising guests on wines and other alcoholic drinks; -sales of products;

My responsibilities included: -providing advisory assistance to guests on wine choice, other alcoholic beverages, gastronomy; -daily control of the quality of products, wine shells, maintaining order at the workplace; -wine tastings organization; -work with supporting wine documents and certificates; -participation in inventories; Participation in training programs organized by the chef-sommelier, as well as participation in educational trips to the vineyards to Spain.

In this company, I worked as a caviste (sommelier) / seller and consultant in the wine boutique "Massandra". My responsibilities included: advising guests on the range of products both personally and over the phone; work with the customer base, it's support and development, reception and execution of orders; preparation and participation in tastings; work with the cash register, conducting cash reports; active participation in educational trainings in sales and product; receiving goods and related documents, maintaining a boutique in order.

I worked at the company that produces and sells canine professional training equipment via website all over the world. As a translator/copyrighter I created descriptions for that equipment, translated some articles about dog breeds, dog training items, etc. Besides, the part of my job was dealing with HTML code (I placed all descriptions on our website by myself). I was promoted to social media manager, where I promoted our company on such social networks as Facebook, Google+, Tumblr, Pinterest. Also twice a month I created and sent newsletters to our customers and subscribers. After half a year I was promoted to customer support manager. I called to our previous and potential clients (as usual they all are from the USA, Europe, Australia) to check up on them if they need more of our equipment, if they were satisfied with our products and service and therefore I created my own regular customers database, selling them our products on regular basis. Selling our products I learnt a little bit about logistics and ways of products shipping.

It was a temp-job.There was an exhibition of greek goods in Mariupol. I worked as shop-assistant, I sold products to the customers and worked as an interpreter between customers and our managers from Greece.
