I make the selection of wines on a weekly basis, due to the frequently changing assortment (wine ordering, communication with managers of wine trading companies, which priorities are organic, biodynamic and natural wines). I offer our wines to guests, sharing our philosophy and values ​​through communication. When needed, I provide full service at the table, helping the waiters. There wasn't any printed version of wine list at first, but later I formed it. I carry out wine tastings and trainings for employees on wine range , sales and the concept of the wine list. I worked at the company that produces and sells canine professional training equipment via website all over the world. As a translator/copyrighter I created descriptions for that equipment, translated some articles about dog breeds, dog training items, etc. Besides, the part of my job was dealing with HTML code (I placed all descriptions on our website by myself). I was promoted to social media manager, where I promoted our company on such social networks as Facebook, Google+, Tumblr, Pinterest. Also twice a month I created and sent newsletters to our customers and subscribers. After half a year I was promoted to customer support manager.
