About my experience: I have more than 9 years of experience starting in the technical field under Huawei technology in Ethiopia, then I got Promoted to Project Manager till I moved to Oman and continued working in the same technical field for more than a year and a half. Then I got an opportunity to develop my education, so I went to Russia. I have done a Master's in Project management and programs, with a first degree. During my studying period there in Moscow, I worked for an American company in health/life insurance field in 6 US states. For 2 years and 8 months, as a sales manager then promoted to the Quality control department, then I felt that I still needed to develop my knowledge and skills. I got an opportunity to do a Ph.D. in Engineering Academy at RUDN (Russia-Moscow), I got an opportunity to teach in an international program for a Master's degree at the State University of Management, and now more than a year as a lecturer (Part-time) 3 months later, I got an opportunity in the logistics field. I started working for an American company working for all cross-US moving loads via a brokerage company, I have been doing this for more than a year as a manager
