• Assist to prepare Quality Inspection Plan. • Assist to prepare Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) • Assist to prepare Procedure Qualification Record (PQR) • Supervising the welding of test coupons in accordance with ASME Sec. IX and arrange the testing of specimens • Carry out Stage Inspections during fabrication • Carry out final inspections • Material Identification • Checking the Material Testing Report (MTR). • Reviewing of NDT reports (RT, UT, DPT) • Checking Major Fit ups • Coordinating with QC Inspectors to solve the problems occurring in Inspection activities. • Knowledge in welding process and Welding equipment • Knowledge in material properties and Work application for Carbon Steel, Low & High Alloy Steels • Knowledge in Welding Metallurgy • Knowledge in Costing and Estimation of Weld Consumable from Drawing • Knowledge in pressure vessel Design, welding joint design • Knowledge in international standard in welding like ASME The key strengths that I possess for success in this position include: • I worked as QC Engineer in Lahore Manufacturing Works (LMW), DESCON Engineering Limited. • I worked in Heavy Mechanical Complex Taxila, Pakistan. • I worked as Team Leader in 180 Degrees Consulting Pakistan & completed our project and got 1st Position among the projects competition. • I have experience of working with different Youth Organizations & I have completed many projects successfully
