According reviews through portal Review Pro –highly scored employees of the hotel more than 9\10, a lot of positive feedbacks about quality of employees and their high skills of hospitality.
Proper conversion of payroll expenses for 1st part of the year. All migration & labor inspection checking passed successfully. Changed motivation of employees according market reality, give us savings in payroll of 5% of two big departments and opportunities to increase upsell.
