In this role I am responsible for leading the DEMO project, including DEMO Tool deployment , implementation, inventory control, forecasting, order management performance, controlling for Demo movement processes and accuracy, creating transparency between all stakeholders, to control QA (decontamination and patients dates removal), audit preparation and reporting to EU headquarter, on time delivery and best transportation service for Demo events. Was developed a coherent strategy and aligned team structure based on business priorities, ensuring specific and dedicated focus on: learning and development, performance management, tools and process simplification. Key responsibilities: • to Drive and manage DEMO project ; • estimating & analyzing the current DEMO process ; • to investigate strong & week sides with the forward actions to resolve issues with weaknesses; • to set up targets & solutions for issues resolution ; • to adjust operational mechanism for DEMO process with all stakeholders (with Modalities, Sales, Quality Assurance, Legal, Service, Finance, Demo Central Team, Logistics, PM); • testing & lunching new DEMO Tool for EMEA region with Global IT Team; • to implement and control acc. to the DEMO Policy the process of order placement & demo movements; • to regulate quality, financial, reputation, risks minimization; • inventory control-optimization, -report out • multicultural environment • remote collaboration on EMEA region

Key responsibilities: • planning and pro-actively managing the entire process of fulfilling a customer contract from Order Entry to Collection to ensure that customer requirements are met; • establishing and maintain communication with the appropriate individuals throughout the process • order entry and backlog quality control; • ensuring orders validation, compliance, approvals before Order Entry; • the Backlog management; • own and update timely key dates using local operating mechanisms & reports; • to manage weekly Business meeting with Sales force, • daily following up of customer credit documentation & inventory; • giving shipping and billing instructions in accordance with contracts terms, conditions & controlling shipment, installation, application via reports; • following up on collections issues due to OTR & providing root cause on defect analysis; • monitoring and coordinating daily logistics traffic from warehouses, managing tasks , setting up priorities. • planning production capacity with Global Planning Team and Plants, getting accuracy in Demand forecasting, site planning & readiness program for speed, quality and cost; • creating transparency in project performance between all stakeholders & controlling for all deals: RCIS, EAGM , EMEA;
