About me
I have been working in the restaurant business since I was 17 years old. I started out as a waiter-bartender, a receptionist. I learnt the kitchen from scratch - as a night forager. Quite quickly became a full-time chef in a chain restaurant. After 4 months I became sous-chef there, and after another 2 months I became head chef. I have experience of opening a restaurant from scratch. I work with European, American, Japanese, Georgian and pan-Asian cuisines. I am ready to learn new things.
