- Translated refinancing agreements, underwriting agreements, contracts, investor presentation, and analyst presentation. - Reviewed, proofread and edited documents translated by translation agencies The company was involved in IPO process. SMR (www.smrbasel.ru), Russian leading molybdenum and ferromolybdenum producer.

- Translated a research report of Bank of Finland “E-payments developments…”. - Translated a set of lectures for Nuclear Safety. - Translated a set of guidelines for gold mining.

- Participated in the project of gas trading business sale as an interpreter/translator for Vi Holding; - Translated commercial and financial documentation, minutes of the meetings; - Interpreted the meetings, including annual general meeting, and conference calls with advisers; - Accompanied senior management in business trips.

- Translated technical and commercial documentation regarding development of bankable feasibility study for a nuclear project, engineering and design of nuclear power plant and nuclear industry and minutes of the meetings; - Interpreted the meetings mostly in simultaneous way, conference calls. - Performed duties of CEO Personal Assitant/Translator during business trips. - Reviewed, proofread and edited documents translated by translation agencies
