• Technical & commercial solution development related to the following technologies: → Small-scale LNG from 1,2 tons/hours to 10 tons/hours by nitrogen cycle → Oxygen production by adsorption technology & by cryogenics - taylor-made & standard plant → Hydrogen production by natural gas – SMR Technology – and by Electrolysis

• Project management – NLMK & Severstal B14 → Launch and management of onshore activities – budget, staffing, schedule, key milestones, risks identification → Management of all initial activities : surveys, Russian Design Institute selection, preparation of specifications, site preparation, conformity of plot plan with Russian regulations, lead for qualification of new General Contractors.

• Project Manager for LNG plant Vysotsk (Высоцк) – EP Contract → Full accountability for complete project – budget, schedule, relation with Client, quality of deliverables → Monitoring of all projects plans and management of engineering team → Administration of Contract Assistance related to construction and commissioning → Change Order Management & Administration of additional scope of works → Subcontract Management for pre-treatment area → Permanently located into Client Project institute to coordinate and expedite Engineering & Project issues, including russification of design

• Project manager for FEED Hydrogen conditioning center in Denmark fed with green energy → Development of optimized technical solution → Consolidation of EPC budget (class 2) including estimation for Bill of Quantities and work construction unit rates.

• Project manager for FEED Amurskiy Gas Processing Plant for designing NGL, NRU and Helium processes in far east of Russia. → Control all engineering disciplines with focus on schedule and contract. → Customer interface management and preparation of EP budget for each technology involved.

• Projects Management → EPC project for Oxygen plant by adsorption in Tuymen → Air Separation Unit (ASU) Ikra/Kstovo & Severstal B12/Cherepovets project • Proposal lead for medium/large proposals in Russian Federation in developing lump sum costs and implementing project execution strategy. • Assignment for growth of Engineering Centre in Moscow: coaching of all new employees, implementation of global procedures & best practices, lessons learnt management

• Scope of work & bill of quantities elaboration, preparation of full ITB for construction packages • Contractual & legal negotiations with construction companies • Sourcing and audit programs to qualify new efficient construction companies in new countries • Claim management and support of Contract Administrator based on construction site → Work packages: civil works, piping & mechanical work, equipments erection, electrical & Instrumentation works. → Projects: Steel-making, Chemical and O&G in Europe & South America, for contracts amount from 100 k€ to 7 M€

Quality Methods development for industrialization of new laboratory control dedicated to tires factory (Nyiregyháza, Hungary).
