Organization of all import, export and if necessary re-export procedures. • Processing of goods ordering and receipt by using SAP systems. • Following of Import logistics and customs' department KPI.

• Analysis of import permissions (licenses) at hand and its obtain within Rozdravnadzor and Minpromtorg. • Foreign trade contracts conclusion & revision. • Liaison with foreign export customer services with regard to all shipments arrangement. • Training (check) all the documents required for customs clearance of goods (invoice, pack lists, specifications, export declaration, CMR), selection of the HS codes. • Organization providing the closing documents for accounting. • Overseeing the preparation, shipment and delivery of goods from the place of loading to the warehouse of the company. • Lump-sum payment, accounting and reconciliation of Settlement (suppliers, freight forwarders, brokers, customs, etc.) • Preparation of documents for import customs clearance, and if necessary samples (DHL, UPS) • Conducting and reporting • Handling complaint
