• Conducting of Environmental & social due diligence of the construction site • Preparation of Environmental and Social Action Plan, Environmental and Social Evaluation Report and Monitoring program • Verification of the Project’s compliance with the National Legislative Framework and International Legislative Framework: IFC / WBG Performance Standards on E-S Sustainability, IFC/WBG Environmental, Health, and Safety Guidelines for Airports; The Environmental Procedures and Guidelines of ECAs, including the OECD Recommendation on Common Approaches for Officially Supported Export Credits and E-S Due Diligence (“OECD Common Approaches”) and the Equator Principles. • Identification of environmental and social related impacts, risks or liabilities which have not been properly mitigated or controlled in the Project; • Proposal of a categorization for the Project according to EP and the OECD Common Approaches, based on the Project's foreseen potential environmental and social impacts; • Assessment of the adequacy of the Project’s capacity, commitment and ability to execute the Project in compliance with the Applicable Standards.
