- Work with Russian and foreign suppliers:placing orders, monitoring the execution of orders, controlling the shipment of products(including business trips to the suppliers' factories); - Search for new suppliers; - Approval and conclusion of contracts with Russian and foreign contractors; - Organization of import / export logistic (auto, air) - interaction with transport companies; - Customs clearance-interaction with customs brokers; - Interaction with the logistics department on the organization of transportation in Russia; - Submission of reports to the accounting department on import / export deliveries, as well as on currency control. - Assistance in forming a cash flow budget

Product manager in the direction of "Manual and electric/benzo tools": - Visiting international exhibitions(Canton Exhibition) in Guangzhou, China. The purpose of the trips: meetings with our permanent manufacturers, as well as the search for new potential tool manufacturers, negotiating, agreeing on product prices with manufacturers, visiting factories; - Constant search for new manufacturers and interaction with existing factories on the purchase of tools (manual and electric); Control of timely payment for the product to the plants; - Analysis of price offers received from manufacturers, selection of the most optimal options for cooperation; - Formation of a procurement plan, identification of product procurement needs; - Drafting and monitoring the execution of contracts with foreign counterparties; - Interaction with internal departments of companies on logistics and foreign trade issues; - Participation in negotiations with representatives of foreign and Russian manufacturers; - Implementation of constant control over the production of products at Chinese factories, control of product acceptance by quality and quantity; - Preparation of a package of documents for customs clearance on import; - Collecting the necessary information for the certification authorities to issue permits (certificates of conformity, declarations, refusal letters) for the supplied products; - Translation of documentation(supply contracts, specifications,invoices, etc.; - Formation of mixed containers; - Control of the terms of shipment of goods from China; - Interaction with the design department (providing the necessary information and documents to create a unique design of our products, drawing up technical tasks for designers, monitoring the correctness of the application of information on products and packaging( barcodes, model names, etc.); - Drawing up product cards for their subsequent upload to the site.

- Preparation and coordination of requests on rendering logistic services(within Russia) - Supervision over the goods delivery from the warehouse to clients. - Entry of the data related to the goods movement and flow. - Analysis of the reasons of Goods surplus in the stock and taking measures on their sales and keeping record in the database. - Creation of commercial requests for the procurement of spare parts from foreign partners (China, Germany, Turkey) - Follow-up of shipments and informing the clients about the goods delivery - Providing administrative support to the Project Manager. - Cooperation with affiliates of Dalgakiran-M: accepting the requests,goods shipment and delivery.

- Conducting business communication and negotiations with foreign suppliers. - Replying to phone calls or receiveing visitors. - Follow up and update of Purchasing Plan. - Liasing with logistic companies on a constant basis. - Supervision over the contract terms fulfillment (from contract approval to the final delivery of goods to the warehouse)
