Manager
• Led Change Management teams in delivering the full scope of services: preparing change strategy and aligning with company’s context. Aligning top leaderships, managing stakeholders, communications program preparation and implementation, assessing change impact through seminars and workshops with business experts, change readiness assessment through designing, conducting and assessing whole company surveys, education program coordination. Full work planning, resourcing, managing and esuring all deliverables timeliness and quality. Reporting to C-suit management, project boards and European project leads on the change programs for the following projects:
o SAP re-implementation project and retail processes automatisation for MegaFon Retail, a leading Telecommunications retailer.
o ERP adaptation and implementation project for VW Group Russia
o Shared Services Centre (SSC) project for Metalloinvest, a largest metallurgical company. Designed stakeholder engagement and motivational program frameworks, communication program alignment with top management, program team and concurrent SAP project.
o CRM implementation project for Deloitte Russia and CIS
• Designed and conducted medical processes quality improvement projects at 2 largest state hospitals in Ulan-Ude and Naberezhnie Chelny, for both medical and nursing. Projects were based on the international quality standards, such as ACHSE (Australia) и JCI (America). The hospital in Naberezhnie Chelny has subsequently received JCI accreditation
• Led Change Management stream for Samruk Kazyna, the National Welfare Fund of Kazakhstan trasformation program, which included methodology preparation, program coordination and quality assurance of the Fund and its' National companies. Designed culture assessment approach and leadership alignment sessions framework. Coordinated work with the HR and Org design teams, as well as other consulting companies engaged by the National companies.
• Delivered HR maturity model assessment and the Non-monetary employee motivational model for a leading Oil and Gas company.
• Managed the Project Management Office for Post Merger Ingegration of the global leaders in chemcial manufacturing and services provision, integrating Oil Field Chemicals business part and all the back office functions - HR, Supply Chain and Finance of 3 companies, including a local Russian business.
