Directing all activities related to pre-commissioning, commissioning and trainings: Supervising all start-up & shut down operations including technical inputs for innovative methodologies, identifying areas of obstruction and advising on process changes of site activities for improvement Reviewing schematic / engineering drawings, layouts & technical specifications for pre-commissioning, commissioning, troubleshooting & erection; analyzing contractor's order proposals & submittals Developing the engineering solutions to avoid repetitive failures & all other problems that adversely affect plant operations including capacity, quality, cost & regulatory compliance issues Directing plant activities involving strategic utilization of available resources as per schedule; executing cost saving techniques to achieve reduction in terms of man days & raw materials Managing material resources and heading Work Programmers to get best team work

Involved in all precommissioning activities like air blowing , steam blowing , water flushing , tightness test • Solo run and mechanical run test • Chemical cleaning. • Water flushing of packages, air blowing, drying, leak testing and preservation with nitrogen. • Checking the systems for conformity with P&ID. • P&ID checking, preparing of punch lists and rectification. • Punch list checking and remove all items found. • Purging/ Inertization and system leak test of piping and equipment • Steam blowing preparation, HP, MP & LP steam. Involved in all precommissioning and commissioning jobs regarding DCS activities such as:- • Instruments loop check. • Alarm and timing set points check list as per design specifications. • Checking of the STS, MOS and ESD systems. • Performed a functional test for logic. • ESD checking.

Feb’08-May’13: Console Operator Dec’07-Feb’08: Field Operator Role: As Field Operator: Led safe & optimum operations in the plant as per SOPs Troubleshot all rotating equipment like Pumps, Turbine Pumps, Compressors, Fired Heaters and Distillation Columns Directed safe & economical start-up & shutdown of the plant and managed emergencies accordingly Managed high housekeeping standards, reported about unsafe & hazardous conditions and facilitated safe working by ensuring effective implementation of preventive & protective measures and fire-fighting & safety equipment Created, issued & controlled work permits to ensure safety across various jobs As Console Operator: Worked on DCS (ABB) panel of NHTU / CRU / CCR unit Operated on unit safely and ensured that production & quality targets were consistently maintained Checked trends of various critical parameters, reviewed old trends, identified problems / causes and implemented remedial measures to prevent recurrent Managed utilities like Plant Air, Instrument Air, Steam, BFW System and Nitrogen by minimizing wastage and optimizing operations Led Fire, Gas & Process System in the plant to facilitate effective safe maintenance
