Development and implementation of a repair budgeting system at the Company's refineries, including the development of budget structures and operational plans; - Development and implementation of regulatory procedures at the Company's processing facilities (5 refineries); - Monitoring the implementation of business plans and investment projects at the Company's refineries regarding routine and major repairs; - Optimization of processes related to equipment operation, routine and major repairs, and an increase in the cycle time between repairs; - Optimization of maintenance and repairs and an IT reliability management system that enables the analysis of the risks and consequences associated with equipment failures, failure statistics, and the root causes of failures; - Implementation of modern methods for diagnostics and equipment condition monitoring at installations; - Reduction of repair costs due to an increase in the period between shutdowns (major repairs) for primary and auxiliary equipment.
