Operational management of activity of transport company (rendering services of a railway cargo transportation of oil products by own park of railway tanks - about 380 pieces - for the Atyrau oil refinery in Kazakhstan and some other customers of oil and gas branch in the territory of the Russian Federation and the CIS), creation and development of transport structure according to the tasks set by owners of business "from scratch"; Management of personnel of the company (in submission in total up to 40 people) - selection, training, motivation, development of personnel, statement and distribution of tasks, control of results; Planning and organization of effective work of the enterprise, forming of key business processes; Ensuring uninterrupted operation of the park of tanks, control of their timely service and repair, monitoring of observance of technological process at stages of transportation and transshipment of oil products; Forming of optimum logistic schemes of a cargo transportation, the analysis and optimization of tariffs for railway transportations of tanks, establishing effective interaction with structures of the Russian Railway and forwarding agents; Formation and development of a pool of key customers, negotiation, coordination of conditions of cooperation, the conclusion and control of execution of conditions of contracts at all stages of cooperation; Development and realization of actions for increase in efficiency and profitability of business, stimulation of commercial activity, development of new services (for example, services of rent of tanks); Administrative activity, work with the controlling and supervisory authorities; Financial planning, management of the budget of the company, ensuring performance of the planned financial performance of activity of the enterprise, optimization of the current expenses. Results of work: The effective team of the enterprise has been created, processes of continuous operation of the rolling stock and uninterrupted rendering services of a cargo transportation of oil products for key and a number of third-party customers are built. Due to methodical work on development of business and involvement of new clients and also optimization of the current expenses and tax burden of the enterprise it was succeeded to provide his deduction at the set level of efficiency and profitability in the conditions of continuous falling in the market of demand for services of a cargo transportation of oil products with tanks.
