At PFX Financial Professionals (brand name: FXFINPRO Capital) I first started as a sales manager. I was then promoted to become a head of sales department and then I was further promoted to lead the business development of the company.
Please find below my responsibilities during my working period with PFX Financial Professionals:
• Carry out hot and cold calls with further follow-ups in order to maintain constant relationships with retail and corporate clients. All actions were strictly in accordance to CySEC’s regulatory and compliance requirements
• Send/receive/answer e-mails for the following mailboxes: my personal, sales, support, investments.
• Answer questions and consult clients via Live Chat. I did not just answer the questions, but I also motivated the clients to register and open a demo account in order to test the trading environment. This approach was then taught to my co-workers, as it has increased the number of registrations.
• Check the documents and advise clients if further documents are required, in case the already-sent documents are not suitable for the verification process
• My high attention to details has helped me in monitoring of the Sales department (4 people) to motivate the increase in sales, as well as checking if the personnel were carrying out their duties and fulfilling their tasks. I also listened to random phone calls of the sales team on a monthly basis, in order to see whether the clients were not provided with any misleading information, which would hurt the reputation of the company.
• I reviewed the recommendations made by the clients for improvement of services and brought them up to senior management (and compliance officers) to check the possibility if the new changes could be made.
• I kept providing unrivalled advice, direction and interpretation to new products and services that would increase the sales figures and reputation of the company. Such recommendations were based on my constant researches of competitors (websites, social media, forums and ratings) and by attending various forex related exhibitions.
• I have incomparable organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines set by senior management. I created several groups on Skype that included responsible personnel (e.g. php developers, designers, sys administrator, compliance officers, back office department, financial department etc.) for specific tasks. In case of complex situations, I organised meetings so that we could go through the particular tasks in more detail.

About me
I have learned to apply accounting principles and international accounting standards in the preparation of financial statements, measuring financial performance, financial position and cash flow. Furthermore, I have been introduced to business information systems and HTML language, and learned how to interpret them by creating codes for a website as a part of my final project. I have also expanded my knowledge in the field of global operations and risk management that I found useful when analysing potential opportunities and threats in the market, as well as predicting uncertainties. Marketing modules have taught me different techniques of how to analyse the market and also how both international and domestic organisations use different methods in order to promote their goods and services, as well as being able to assess all the potential risks that organisations may encounter.
During the course most of my modules involved a high level of teamwork demonstrated through a variety of group assignments. Having good interpersonal skills, I found myself comfortable to manage with the different opinions within the group, and working with group members in order to achieve a compromise and find the best solution for each project. Working under pressure and with tight deadlines enhanced my organisational skills (time management and planning), which I found valuable in completing tasks more efficiently.
