* Maintaining the overview of daily ops and ensure the workload is distributed evenly among the ops controllers; * Maintaining an overview of all flights to be dispatched and any special restrictions or operational issues that could affect the operation; * Ensuring all slots, permits and permissions are requested (Russian permit, Belarus permit, Kazakhstan permit), tracked and obtained in a timeously manner to avoid any operational delays or issues; * Being the first point of contact for the Customer Services department for operational queries and requests; * Maintaining the database for all ops service providers and ensure the details are correct and current; * Carrying out quality audits during shifts to ensure controllers and dispatchers are working in accordance with the procedures laid down in the OCC manual and work orders; * Sending out fuel tenders also ensuring the fuel brief is correct and distributed to the crew; * In cooperation with Crew Comm. and Dispatch, monitoring all changes such as permits, SLOTS and re-route or re-plan as necessary in order to achieve the best possible outcome; * Maintaining the dispatch data bases ensuring they are correct and current;

* Supervision of main productivity targets in different sections such, documentation, courier, acceptance, delivery, storage. * Review load plans, identify special products requiring attention and ensure maximum utilisation of space within specified time norms without compromising on operational safety standards. * Updating information about all cargo and mail handling procedures at CRM system. * Provide direction and guidance to on duty staff for any problems anticipated or faced in order to ensure load plan executed most efficiently. * In conjunction with the Service Delivery Controller (Cargo Ops) and safety, promote a safety culture within the section to continuously raise awareness and motivate safe behaviours.

* Duty planning for the ground handling operations department and control of its performance during shift; * Cooperation with authorized handling companies and representatives in Russia and abroad (Switzerland, Germany, China etc) to achieve main targets: first class service for client and perfect ground handling for aircraft everywhere; * Handle daily operations matter including but not limited to performing of up-gauge and down-gauge of flights, dissemination of information to all concerned based on operations requirements; * SLOTS, permits and traffic rights requests (Russian permit, Belarus permit, Kazakhstan permit and etc.) for business, VIP, commercial, diplomatic flights; * Catering orders (more than 10 restaurants); * Crew logistic: visa support, hotel and transfer booking, crew notification about delays and schedule changes; * Coordinate all changes, such as delay, slot mismatch, permit request update, crew change, airport services prolongation for non 24-hours working airports; * Issuing daily flight statements upon aircraft arrival and departure; * Updating information about all aircrafts in daily flight plan; * Using initiative to resolve problems outside guidelines, keeping senior staff informed of the action taken;

* Organization or control of aircraft and helicopter handling at the apron on departure and upon arrival (Aircraft types Falcone 200, Falcone 900, Falcone 7X, Global 6000, Challanger 605, Augusta 139/109, Robinsson R44, Boeing 737 and etc); * Handling services request at any destination in Russia, or abroad; * Aircraft customs clearance; * Flight and travel document preparation (general declaration, load sheet, fueling order etc.) * Cooperation with airport services: assisting in passing of customs and border formalities for passengers; * SLOT and permit request, load planning and control. * Ensure all flights are safely dispatched in accordance to Company policies and safety regulations.

* Cooperation with handling agencies, airports and air companies all over the Russia and abroad, ground handling requests and control; * SLOT request, coordination and improving; * Permission request (Russia, Europe, USA); * VIP flights handling and control; * Crew Visa support
