Organisation of recruitment process (direct search, cooperation with recruitment agency, hiring process, onboarding for newcomers). Full circle of collaboration with companies-providers of HR services (insurances, bank for salary project, payrall calculation, migration, training etc) starting from tender, negotiations of conditions contract approvement, keeping control of following the agreement.
