- GM's personal requests; - GM's meetings schedule creation and coordination; - Translating correspondance of GM from russian customers. - Work with Russian customers who is coming to the company. - Assisting company’s participation in domestic and international exhibitions (China, Russia). - Assisting in translating product catalogues and website (Chinese - Russian). - Assisting Human Resources department conducting employment interviws. - Assisting in processing new representative company in Russia (preperating documents for registration, conducting employment process etc.). Marketing department. 2) Sales manager. Responding to client communications or queries; Making technical proposals for clients; Building and managing strong relationships with customers; Bussiness trips outside China. Skills: Reliable, independent, professional and detail-oriented. Understanding of Chinese culture and Chinese business etiquette.

- Translate technical specifications, shipping documents, (packing list, commercial invoice, certificate ...) from Chinese into Russian. - Realize the connection between offices of the CIS (Ukraine, Russia, Belorussia) with main office in China (connection with technical specialists from workshops in China - transfer information to offices in CIS). - Business trips, visiting factories and clients.
