Full administration support for the expat's delegation, relocation and legalization procedure, including arrangement of round trips to Russia for expatriates + families, lease agreements, work permit + work visas, bank cards, tax issues, transportation & cusoms clearance of personall effects, medical insurance, education issues, business trips registration, transfer to the new place of work abroad, etc.

I was responsible for relocation procedure: arranged, maintained and coordinated the expats' legalization process (quota campaign, labor in-take permit, work permit, work visa, notification, registration, 3 yeras' work permit+ work visa and residence permit for highly qualified foreign employees), and other relocation and adoptation issues (personal effects shipping, school for children, Russian language teaching, residence rental, etc.). The double employment negotiation - the assignment letter and labor contract, the scheme of payment, tax issues, etc.

Arrange expatriate employees legalization process (AEB Members - 700 companies): labor in-take (corporate) and work permits,work visa ( invitations + prlongation), responsible for all migration work for expat employees of AEB, business meetings arrangement - visa support, transportation. accommodation, leisure program, work with vendors

I was responsible for the full bulk of administrative work: lease agreement, contact with the landlord, repairs, tenders with the providers of services and goods, negotiated and maintained contracts with vendors - visa support, migration service, city and mobile telephone services, ground transportation, traslation/interpreters services, notary, subscription, postal service, catering, hotel accommodation, stationery and water delivery, medical insurance, etc.-, business meetings and trips arrangement (on the high level included) with the participating of numerous partners and guests and famous people as the most important objective (pls see Letter of Recommendation below)
