 Participated in work-over operations for Samotlorskoe, Orekhovskoe, Belozerny fields & satellites (Client: TNK-BP).  Classified work-over candidates by monitoring gas and water rates for production and injection wells. Increment of water source wells and water injection wells capacity.  Improved recovered reserves applying primary and secondary recovery techniques.  Applied NTS-PE technology for recovery improvement (Well production & injectability enhancement +/- 2-6 times, effect duration +/- 3-18 months).  Established and implemented reservoir management strategies to maximize the recovery.  Provided engineering support on the design, implementation and operation of artificial lift.  Recommended technologies and best practices that might apply to new opportunities and reservoir management.  Monitored and reported performance of the reservoir and wells, identified performance deviations, before and after treatment.  Research & development of downhole «smart filters» and starting valves for production actuation.

 Development of West Siberian oil and gas brown fields: tech-scheme for Olkhovskoe, Surgutskoe, Tananykskoe, Zagorskoe and Gagarinskoe fields (Client: YUKOS, TNK).  Prepared production forecasts, operating plans, carried out field performance and reservoir studies including decline curve analysis, material balance, waterflood studies.  Developed optimization scenarios for fields with carbonate reservoirs. Integrity of producing and injection well stock, production and injection optimization.  Designed and supported engineering 2D & 3D geological models for oil and gas field development.  Assisted in preparing field studies. Substantiation of field development plans including recovery factor as a part of project documentation.  Analyzed subsurface field data and records to obtain reservoir performance parameters.  Prepared field data to be used for hydrodynamic modeling of the fields.  Evaluated reservoir performance and problematic wells and risks identification.
