Financial, business and environment analysis, incl. political risks to come up with reliable estimate of issuer’s credit quality. Developing models of issuer’s financial profile evolution and liquidity position, and conducting stress tests. Compiling documentation for rating committees. Contributing to industry researches and special comments issued by the agency, issuer meetings. Identification of separate cash-generating units (CGU) by analyzing the Group’s business and cash flows structure. Normalization of budgets and management reporting packages data for further use in valuation models.

Managing of audit processes. Supervising RAS/IFRS FS, transformation and adjustments in accordance with related standards for further analysis. Auditing principal assumptions made by clients while compiling DCF valuation models for the purposes of non-current assets impairment test, including WACC, CAPEX, working capital and sales projections. Performing valuation of finance lease liabilities, post-retirement obligations and bonds in the course of audit procedures. Reviewing MD&A and Investment Memorandum for upcoming IPO. Normalization of budgets and management reporting packages data for further use in valuation models. Managing client relations. Supervising the work of junior colleagues (team of 4 people), managing and control, budgeting. Providing on-job training for junior staff, encouraging team work and motivating team members, providing prompt and comprehensive feedback.

Prepared Company's financial transformation and consolidation in IFRS; getting deep understanding of the clients’ business processes and surrounding (organizational structures, policies and risks) for further detailed describing both in English and Russian languages; participation in negotiations with client; calculation of key financials and prepare reports applicable for further decision making.
