• Primary point of contact in LSU for all store deployment interfaces including RCM, Academy, Merchandising, and other key retail support functions. • Accountability for deploying global store deployment processes that enable roll out and refurbishment of Nokia Stores and NSP’s. • Working with partners and LSU Retail Head to provide a 6 month store opening / close / refurbishment forecast which is reviewed and updated on a monthly basis to provide an up to date store pipeline. • Vendor management - ensuring that vendors have a forward view to ensure effective delivery of the retail roll out programme. Monitor and manage vendors against KPI’s. • Key interface for retail partners to provide deployment guidance. • Interface with key support depts. to ensure their activities are coordinated with store roll out programmes – RCM, Nokia Academy – training, BI – EPOS and IT systems, Logistics – supply chain, legal and F&C. • Use project management system to monitor, manage and roll up projects to provide overview of project status for each project. • Management of external project management and consultant support as required delivering store roll out programmes. • Monitor and manage quality and construction of Nokia store and NSP executions. • Management and collaboration with store opening teams (including visual merchandisers, promoters and FF representatives) • LSU interface to use city mapping to support retail business planning (6, 18 month 3 year plans) and validation of proposed locations. • Principal point of management and coordination of WR for own store activities.

• Work with Cartier Retail and Marketing team to develop and complete all needed phases involved in Maintenance, Renovations or new Build-outs as it relates to boutiques Cartier in Russia and CIS. • Collaborate with Cartier Global Store Design and Planning Department (Paris) to create design project and insure that it meets Partner\Retail team requirements • Establish and co-ordinate the application of reliability centered techniques and control for all main engineering and maintenance disciplines: air conditioning, electrical, lightings etc • Follow up all the stages of boutique constructions with Local Architects, Contractors, IT and Security. • Monitoring quality and deadlines • Place orders for all central supplies including millwork, loose furniture, marble…with appropriate vendors and manage delivery process of goods by air or by sea, working with a freight forwarder and general contractors. • Participate in establishment of engineering and maintenance budgets. Manage the overall budget within company targets. • Control of general contractors and maintenance companies. • Coordination with local Administration and landlords for various authorizations and registrations.
