Key Account Manager
• Support for merchants in the following categories: gambling, betting, online-casino, forex, webcam, videohosting and other types of business, including onboarding, document flow, technical suport, control of financial reporting, rearrangement and replenishment of balances, as well as related tasks.
• Interaction with providers, acquirers, aggregators on the integration of new payment methods, onboarding of merchants.
• Interaction with the integration and technical support department on all issues related to merchant support;
• Creation of offers and descriptions of payment solutions.
• Maintaining reports on the working day.
• Conducting a sync-call with the team according to a schedule agreed with management.
• Providing responses (or response times) to requests from merchants and providers (in specified order of priority), within 5-15 minutes;
• Providing answers to urgent requests (replenishment/rearrangement of balance, emergency situations, etc.) on weekends and holidays.
• Initial verification of merchants for risks and fraud, obtaining metrics attendance and turnover, passing mutual KYC/DD.
• Reporting on merchants (in development and connected) in Google Docs / CRM.
• Creating chats in Telegram/Skype with new merchants/partners, registration personal account, provision of API and test access.
• Strict adherence to the principles of confidentiality and data security.
• Maintaining a constant turnover of merchants, monitoring the decline in conversion and withdrawals turnover daily, technical issues, carrying out measures to restore turnover.
• Upselling of new products together with BDM.
• Carrying out management instructions in the order of priority related to direct or indirect job responsibilities.
• Compliance with the regulations provided for each type of task.
• Friendly, regular and prompt communication with clients and partners of the company.
