Main responsibilities as following:- 1. Responsible for the quality of products, Process, and raw materials; 2. Development of quality objectives for factories; 3. Improving the efficiency of processes by analyzing the reasons of nonconforming of products and developing corrective actions; 4. Surface mounts technology (SMT) – DIPAUL – from 06 to 09 February 2018. b. Certified IPC Specialist (Serial No. 3858520709) DIPAUL – from 20 to 23 February 2018. c. QMS ISO 9001:2015 Awareness and Internal Audit.

Main responsibilities as following:-acting as Quality Manager 1. Responsible for incoming Inspection for raw material “Quality receiving “. 2. In process Quality control for all production line Bus project, Vacuum Infusion process, Pultrusion, Filament winding, Hand lamination, SMC (Sheet Molding Compound), LFI (Long Fiber Injection), Injection molding process and vacuum forming. 3. Final control for ready products, and analysis the quality reports. 4. Working with Solid work, Microsoft project, and 1C. 5. Responsible for Faro Arm Measurement’s and working with DELCAM POWERINSPECT, GOM, GEOMAGIC. 6. Responsible for development and implementation the plans for the implementation lean manufacturing system. 7. Participation for the implementation ISO 9001-2008 and ISO TS16949. 8. Responsible for PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA and 8D. I got from NCC certificate as 1st degree for a great contribution to NCC projects in 2015.

Main responsibilities as following:- 1. Ensuring the implementation of the production plan for the release of products; 2. Ensuring control over compliance with regulations, technological norms and standards in the production process 3. Ensuring and managing the quality of products in all production departments "body, painting, and assembly shops". 4. Coordinator between Egyptian British Automotive and SAIC from Chain, for all technical questions related to production line. 5. Organization the quality control process of products (raw material, in process, and final quality control) 6. Development and management of a production efficiency system based on production indicators, improving quality, increasing productivity, reducing costs, losses, and rejects in the production process 7. Analyzing production activities, identifying reserves for increasing labor productivity, product quality, efficiency of using equipment, raw materials, materials, human and other resources 8. Ensuring the quantity and quality of the working staff in accordance with the approved staffing table (staffing level, qualifications, training), and training the personnel reserve for key positions 9. Applying the Lean Concept 10. Work in CATIA V5 R16 and Solidworks.
