In 2017 I had to change my lifestyle due to health issues and my family future. The project employment made it possible to ensure work-life balance. Since 2018 I’m on maternity leave and still working as self-employer in three main directions: ADVERTISING AGENCIES TMA-Draft, Octagon, Havas Digital Key role: Strategy lead in ad pitches. • Identifying the key problem, clarifying business, marketing and communication objectives to find the right solution make business grow (here market, brand and audience analysis and research, defining the brand and product role in the communication) • Develop the creative briefs and briefing the teams, moderating the brainstorming sessions, making sure the activations ideas are in line with brand objectives, designing brand activities ecosystem and setting KPIs for each channel (not only digital). • Thinking over the storytelling of the presentation, communication with the clients, presenting the offer. SOCIAL ENGINEERING Non-profit organizations Key role: Project Developer, Grant writing. Key results: Among 13 projects submitted to the President Grants Fund, 11 got investments. • Enhancing the project proposal and identifying the gaps to make sure the project message is clear and the project followed all the procedures provided by the grant maker. • Clarifying the social problem and its relevance for target, analyzing audience needs, making research if needed to develop a solution to a problem. • Project goal statement, objectives and key results. • Designing the set of activities to reach the main goal (setting the KPIs and measurements for each event). • Developing and verification project budget (making sure that all staff and office costs are covered, and the costs of key activities are competitive and in line with market prices). • Finalizing all the findings in ppt format, completing grant application or private foundation proposal, ensuring that it is highly competitive and thorough. SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP Russian cross-country skiing and triathlon competitions Sport organization: Russialoppet (www.russialoppet.ru) Key role: Sport manager, project lead. Main partners: Otkritie Bank, Lukoil, Sportmaster, Fischer Sports Supporting brands: SiS, Sqeezy, Craft, Salomon, Atomic, Dodo Pizza, Red Bull This project is a trial to make a hobby into a business. After Sochi 2014 sport became a very important part of lives of those who made the Olympic Games. We wanted to use the experience we have in sport marketing gained for the promotion amateurs’ competitions and sport travel in Russia through the development of existing regional races. We running the cross-country skiing marathons all over the country – from Moscow to Kamchatka. And thanks to the financial support of the Otkritie Bank provided in 2017, we were able to bring the project to a new level and attract even more races and sponsors. I’m responsible for a wide variety of activities such as brand design and website settings, content and social media marketing, building relationships with sport athletes and bloggers, marketing strategy and promo activations with sponsors. The project also gives a brilliant connections. I have a direct communication with a CEO and business deps of Russian biggest companies, Olympic champions and Government people. It is a good project to test and learn.
