Graduated from the medical faculty of the Bashkir State Medical University of Ufa in 2009 and gained a diploma in General Medicine.
From 2009 to 2012 studied at the graduate school of the State Budgetary Institution «N.N. Blokhin National Medical Research Center of Oncology» оf the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation (N.N. Blokhin NMRCO) in Moscow with specialization in Oncology.
Research work
In 2009, at the Scientific Council of the Research Institute of Carcinogenesis, N.N. Blokhin NMRCO, there were approved the theme of my research work: "Potential markers of breast cancer associated with the expression of cyclooxygenase-2".
I have written a dissertation for the degree of candidate of medical sciences on the mentioned subject.
In my scientific work for the first time an integrated approach was used, based on various mass spectrometric and proteomic methods of research, for mapping the proteome of breast cancer cells, for detecting proteins associated with the COX-2 cascade, PGE2 biosynthesis and catabolism. A comparative analysis of the expression of proteins of this group in breast cancer cells was performed depending on the potential for metastasis. Various signaling pathways regulating COX-2 were identi-fied, and an interrelation of COX-2 enzyme expression was revealed depending on the potential for metastasis of breast cancer cells. This work presents new metastasis markers and potential protein molecules that can be used as promising potential targets for new drugs used as targeted biotherapy for breast cancer. 40 metastasis markers and 59 potential molecular targets for targeted breast can-cer therapy were identified.
Work experience
From 2012 to September 2014 I was trained in clinical residency at the department “Tumors of the female reproductive system” at the Research Institute of Clinical Oncology in N.N. Blokhin NMRCO and then was qualified as an oncologist.
From October 2014 to September 2015, I have worked as a junior researcher in the oncoprote-omics laboratory in the Department of Epidemiology and Tumor Prevention, at the Research Institute of Clinical Oncology in N.N. Blokhin NMRCO.
From October 2015 to October 2017: an oncologist at the Diagnostic Center of Independent La-boratory Invitro LLC.
From October 2017 to April 2018: an oncologist, scientific consultant on the treatment of tumor diseases of the musculoskeletal system in the clinic "Healthy spine and manual medicine."
From April 2018 to January 2019: an oncologist, oncomammologist, consultant, chemotherapist of the Medical Holding, a network of clinics “Medosmotry.ru”, “Zdorov.ru”, “Polyclinic.ru”.
Summary
I am a specialist clinician, an oncologist and have knowledge in the field of experimental and clinical oncology and chemotherapy and own modern molecular biological, genetic research methods in the field of clinical and experimental oncology. During my work I have established myself as a competent, conscientious and proactive scientific researcher. According to the re-sults obtained in my scientific work, articles were published in various peer-reviewed Russian and foreign journals. In my scientific work I am engaged in the study of new tumor markers, the development of biological drugs based on targeted therapy and the introduction of new chemo-therapy methods.
