Preparing purchase and sale agreements, General agreements. Coupon claims handling; clearing fees and broker's commission payments. Clearing with MICEX; NCC EDI (Electronic Document Interchange). Investigating and resolving non-receipt or non-payment issues. Reporting to Treasury. Reporting to NSD Repository (Web Cabinet). EMIR portfolios reconciliation. Good knowledge of SWIFT Categories 3, 5, 6, 2, 1 (message creation, modification, verification, authorisation). IBS ’Athena’, CFT. Collaboration with IT specialists on automation of procedures, testing and implementing additional modules of IBS.

Investigating failed trades, non-receipt, non-delivery or non-payment issues. Working with MT5хх and MT7хх SWIFT messages (creation, modification, verification, authorisation). Team-working with IT specialists on processes automation and implementing additional modules of IBMS 'Athena'.

Organized and optimized Tech staff work. Implemented a number of technology procedures to increase interrepair time. Hired and trained Tech personnel.

Set up and run the Moscow representative office of oil-producing JV. Liaison between offices of the JV and the foreign Partner. Administration and maintenance issues; purchasing, transportation and warehouse logistics. Hired new interpreters, scheduled and coordinated their work on rotation.
