- Upon receiving signed recap from trading desk to insure legal dept well receive recap and provided draft of contract correct and in time
- Ensure draft of contract was sent to buyer for confirmation and contract finally was countersigned by parties.

- Docs instructions issue to terminals/suppliers, ensure originals of cargo docs were sent from port to correct receiver
- Ensure that preliminary and final invoices for cargo were issued in time according to the contract and sent to buyer.
- Ensure PDA/FDA from agents, invoices from surveyors, sellers, shipowners, bunker suppliers were received, checked and sent for payment to fin div.
- Ensure deals files were updated with all relevant documents. Ensure master-file with all data regarding deals was updated and contain latest information
- Cargo Quantity and Quality claims settlement
- Voyage orders issue to vessels in TC and spot charter.
- Ensure Daily Positions master-file with updated ETAs of TC and spot charter vessels available.
- LOIs and LOAs issue for shipowners for discharging in in ports different than mentioned in BL, discharging with no originals BL on board in disport, BLs for customs purposes etc.
- Bunker supply organization for TC vessels in ports of loading/discharging or in other suitable places during voyage.
- Ensure that demurrage invoices from shipowners or sellers were received, confirmed by demurrage manager and sent for payment. Ensure demurrage manager did calculate demurrage in time and demurrage invoice was sent for confirmation and payment to buyer.
