- Maintaining files on financial institutions, preparing and maintaining control lists of correspondent banks; - Identification of banks within the framework of Federal law No. 115-FZ, identification of clients, beneficial owners, assigning the degree of risk, checking for involvement in terrorism and money laundering, KYC; - Identification of individuals covered by FATCA ; - Establishing correspondent relations with Russsian banks; - Development and signing of agreements with Russian banks on establishing correspondent relations, opening and maintaining correspondent accounts, cooperation, NDA, etc. - Development and preparation of orders on establishment and termination of correspondent relations, opening, changing modes and closing of LORO accounts; - Implementation of the limit policy with Russian counterparty banks, including preparation and submission of proposals on setting limits (Credit Committee, Management Board, Supervisory Board) ; -Preparation of proposals on directives and recommendations to Vnesheconombank representatives for voting at meetings of collegial management bodies of borrowing banks within the framework of Federal law No. 173-FZ.
