Product and marketing Director
The project entered the top 10 elearning startups of 2018 (Elforum)
Got past the first round in FREE and tracking.
A very interesting project: elearning based on time-tested and thousands of users of methods of Professor Vasiliev (accelerated learning English, super-memory, speed reading, funny multiplication table).
What was done:
- research and audience segmentation online and offline, conducted by CustDev, identified the main needs and patterns
- developed a global strategy and tactics for product development and promotion, implemented branding, prepared promotional materials, launched the site, contextual and targeted advertising, attracted opinion leaders, top users of feedback sites
- launched offline school, conducted research on various channels, found a source of low-cost and high-quality leads (200R), worked out the whole funnel from the display of promotional material to sale, found an unusual option for additional conversion to customers.
- developed and launched the app for IOS Funny multiplication table. Optimized development costs, tested various opportunities for promotion, found a channel with a cost of installation up to 25rub.
- Developed and launched a bot for Vk, FB, telegram, OK for school students, allowing you to repeat the learned words
- Together with partners (app Modicard) developed a dictionary with all the words of the first level, voiced by native speaker, available for all types of mobile.
- developed its own online platform that allows you to learn words interactively by the method Englishpamyat, found an unusual technical solution that allows you to go beyond the limitations of standard platforms. Involved in testing the product-stars: the head of product development Skyeng and Armen Hanoians. The development is still ongoing. 40 trial lessons were conducted, during which it was possible to clarify the way of interaction with the product, the basic messages of promotion, to confirm the willingness of users to pay for this product.
- at Microsoft hackathon I managed to attract a team of talented students and involve them in the work on the vr-version of the training. The demo is almost finished: the user is immersed in a virtual world where he sees the object associated with the pronunciation of the word, and easily remembers new words.
- thanks to my efforts, preparation of applications and presentation, the project entered The top ten elforum startups, passed the initial selection in the IIDF
- formed valuable links with the elearning community, held a meetup for products, which was attended by interesting experts.
- configured end-to-end Analytics and managing sales processes: Rosstat, Google tag manager, Yandex.Metric, AMO-SRM, alpha-SRM. We could see the path for each channel from switching to buy and ltv
